Museums/Historical Attractions

An 1830's log cabin, a one-room schoolhouse, Discovery Gallery, and the Merriman-Sharp Farmhouse are featured at this art and local history center.

This space center's exhibits include Apollo IX capsule, Michigan astronaut memorobilia, and authentic space equipment.

The original Hanover School houses antique organs.

Prehistoric Forest includes over 60 dinosaur exhibits, a safari train, and a water slide.

Parks/Recreational Facilities

The cascade Falls features a series of 16 man-made waterfalls that sre set against a background of constantly changing light and music. Special events hosted throughout the year.

Owned by the MI Audubon Society, it is the state's largest staging area for sandhill cranes. Approximately 3,000 to 5,000 cranes visit the sanctuary each October. Walking paths and other nature opportunities are available.
